Appointments

As a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to.  Late arrival for an appointment may mean that we are unable to provide the treatment booked or there will be a reduced treatment time.  Appointment times quoted include consultation time with the therapist.

Booking & Cancellations

Credit card details are required at the time of all booking and clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide 48hrs notice to enable the appointment time to be offered to another client.  The full cost of the scheduled treatment will be payable for appointments cancelled where less than 24 hours notice is given.

Consultations

On your first visit to Aromatics you will be asked to complete a confidential consultation form, which your therapist will discuss with you to ensure your treatment is tailored to your personal requirements.  At the end of your treatment you will be given a prescription for any home care recommended by your therapist.  Consultations are available on request, which are complimentary and without obligation.

Course of treatments

All individual treatments provided at Aromatics are also available to be taken as a course, whereby you pay in advance for five treatments and receive the sixth FREE.

Clients are recommended to pre-book the dates and times for the whole course of treatments at the time of payments, to guarantee availaibility.  Note: Course offer excludes Omnilux Revive.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available to purchase and are valid for three months.  Please note that gift certificates are not redeemable against products.

Mobile phones

We aim to provide a calming and relaxing environment for all our clients. To support this, mobile phones must be turned off when entering Aromatics.

Smoking

We operate a no smoking policy.
