Your item must be in its original unused condition, unless of course there is a manufacturer defect. We would politely request that the item is returned within 30 days of your purchase, otherwise we will be unable to offer you an exchange or credit note.

Where an item is used or altered, we cannot accept any returns. The cost of any return is covered by the consumer, we cannot be held liable for packages we do not receive.
