Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday).
Where it is possible, we will strive to provide a tracking number however this may not always be possible.
For orders under £100.00, shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.95. For orders over £100.00, shipping is complimentary.
All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

Accepted Methods of Payment
- Credit/Debit Card (American Express, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard)
Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed. If, for any unfortunate reason, we are not able to fulfil your order, we will happily refund the amount to your card.

Your item must be in its original unused condition, unless of course there is a manufacturer defect. We would politely request that the item is returned within 30 days of your purchase, otherwise we will be unable to offer you an exchange or credit note.
To process your return or exchange, drop us a line at aromatics@aromaticsofkenilworth.com where one of the team will be happy to assist you.
Please include a signed letter stating the reason for your return within your package.
Where an item is used, we cannot accept any returns. The cost of any return is covered by the customer and we cannot be held liable for packages we do not receive.
